The End is Nearing...

It is amazing how quickly time passes. We are now in the home stretch before baby number 2 gets here. Our doctor appointments are now every other week and we are already talking about scheduling my c-section. I noticed that my little baby counter on here says 76 days left. Crazy. I think I will put off the prep work for a little bit longer. Maybe I will pull the baby clothes and other stuff out in May sometime. :) Sure is nice having everything already. Just needs to be pulled from the boxes in the garage. For all of you with curious minds as to baby names. We are no closer than we were back in January when we found out we were having another boy. Still drives me crazy. I am afraid that the baby will get here and people will ask his name and we will have nothing. Poor kid. No family name to use. No one we want to name him after. Can't pick one from the millions of baby names on all of those baby name sites. I have started paying more attention to the credits on the movies we watch. Such a wealth of names. Mostly normal names too. Maybe it is time to branch out from just watching Mythbusters, otherwise the kid will be Jamie Adam Ludden. :)

We are excited to have whatever his name come join our family and have more cuteness to post about here. Thanks for letting me babble!

Can you guess what this is?

About a year ago, one of the light bulbs went out in our fridge. It happened to be the one for the lower half of the fridge. Dave took off the cover, bought a new light bulb, and tried to replace it. Well, he wasn't able to get the old bulb out. So the new bulb is still sitting on top of the fridge with the cover. This cover protect stuff from falling down behind the drawers. Well, it would if it were installed. I must admit, I don't remember to look back there very often. The other day I found a container of moldy peaches wedged down behind the drawers. I didn't think to look deeper. I was making room in the fridge this morning for some pizza dough and found this...

I know the pictures aren't too clear because of the ziploc. It was way too disgusting to open it up. Eww. :p Can you guess what it is? I can't. I can't remember anything that I may have had in the fridge in the past few months that would have looked like this. Oh the things that can hide in your fridge.

Posting to Stalking

I have officially become just a blog stalker. Seeing as I haven't posted any real news on our family in a while. I do love reading everyone else's blogs. I actually prefer blog stalking to reading the newspaper. The newspaper is just too annoying these days. Maybe my lack of posting is due to this pregnancy and how tired I have become. Maybe my lack of posting is just because Charlie has stopped doing new cute things. Who knows. So in order to get caught up here are a few highlights from the last little while.

* Charlie is still cute and getting into everything. He is no longer allowed in his room unsupervised due to his new climbing abilities.

* I am now carless. Have been for a week now. It's driving me crazy. Though I guess I already was pretty crazy. I am starting to get used to it. Dave let's me out once a week for my quilting class and once for church. Otherwise I am a caged mama. :) (The carlessness is all for good reasons, but still hard.)

* We spent all of last weekend with Dave's family for Steph's homecoming and Grammie's birthday. Great weekend. Forgot to take the camera to any of the events. Though I did remember Monday morning when we went to visit Dave's grandfather and his wife before they headed back to Arizona. I would post the pictures, but I haven't downloaded them yet and Dave has the camera right now. So other than those few pictures the only things we have to show for the weekend is a little bit of pulled pork and a cold Charlie picked up from the other babies there.

* Charlie has started playing peek a boo. He covers his eyes and waits for us to ask where Charlie went. After we do he uncovers his eyes with a big smile. That is pretty darn cute.

* Charlie also has happy feet. I will take some video when Dave brings the camera home. It is super cute.

I guess that is about it. I will be trying harder in the weeks to come to post more frequently.

Love ya all!

Balcony Refinishing...Day 1

Today was the start of our balcony being resealed. Charlie found it very interesting. He probably wasn't sure where that man came from since he climbed a ladder to get to our balcony, but he sure did enjoy watching him wash down the balcony.
